It's ok to have a bad day leaving you wonder what the whole point in life is.

It's ok to have a bad day feeling unloved, unworthy, unappreciated.

It's ok to have a bad day seeing no hope and having no trust.

It's ok to have a bad day being angry, resentful, and frustrated.

It's ok to have a bad day with a sense of unfairness.

It's ok to have a bad day feeling lonely.

It's ok to have a bad day not knowing what to do next.

It's ok to have a bad day questioning the past, present, and future.

It's ok to have a bad day questioning what is wrong with you.

It's ok to have a bad day because this makes you human.

It's ok to have a bad day because this heps you appreciate the good days.
